In prior roles, she led a $3.6B P&L, increasing revenues by over 120% in 3 years, created a new global function to drive $4B in new sales and personally delivered over $600M in revenue.  In her advisory board role, she advises on new market and partnership strategies to help drive growth.  
 
She holds an MBA from Xavier University and a BBA from the University of Kentucky.  She has been named as one of Forbes Most Powerful Women and is a member of the AX/100. . She is a passionate philanthropist, avid hiker, enjoys golf and other sports and travels extensively to learn and enjoy other cultures.
