He is responsible for enabling ServiceNow’s customers to incorporate AI into their applications and runs ServiceNow’s AI development environments that ensure secure and governed use of data and processes to build trustworthy AI.
Ravi Krishnamurthy led the development of ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower product, one of the fastest growing products at ServiceNow. Based on ServiceNow’s years of experience driving ROI from AI while minimizing risk, the AI Control Tower enables customers to build trust and move fast to deliver value from AI.
Ravi has a track record of entrepreneurship and turnarounds, co-founding an Application Portfolio Management company that was acquired by industry leader CollabNet, and driving hypergrowth at Lucidworks, a top AI Search company. He also built an early-stage social venture into a global NGO and has served as an expert presenter and advisor to the US & EU governments, and the UN.
Ravi has 17 patents in video analysis and computer vision, a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BE in Electronics and Communications from IIT Madras.
