Jennifer Peterson leads Analyst Relations for the Data & AI business for IBM. Her career at IBM centers around bringing market and customer insights into product strategy, and she has served in multiple marketing and communications functions during her tenure. Prior to IBM, she supported brand strategy and analytics for major US financial institutions, CPG, and retail clients at Digitas and developed customer experience strategies for clients at Forrester. She earned her BA from Wellesley College and MBA from Yale University.
