The exact scope of AI automation in enterprises is hotly debated, both in terms of capabilities and timeframe. But we see a consensus around the impetus for change.

This compels the question: how can humans thrive - and find a sense of purpose - amidst machines?

How can humans cultivate well being, exceptionalism and a sense of viable contribution, instead of living in a fearful state of job loss encroachment, where personal data and digital exhaust feel more like surveillance tracking than a humane way to personalize, and bring out the best in our work?

Amidst confusion on an automated future without a precise timeline, we are awash in hype over machine intelligence, but also aware that these technologies, however imperfect, are potent enough to provoke a corporate and individual reckoning.

So what’s an individual to do?  Are you ready to join us in writing a manifesto?
