Sunitha Ray is a digital supply chain, technology, AI, & Sustainability transformation executive & consultant based in New York City. She's a member of MIT's Global Supply Chain and Logistics Excellence (SCALE) Network, a mentor for MIT's Supply Chain Graduate Program, co-Founder of Digital Sustainable Supply Chains with MIT Energy, Environment & Sustainability Network (MIT EESN) and an MIT Technology Review Global Panelist. Sunitha has lead large-scale technology-enabled supply chain design & transformation for global retailers and manufacturers such as Benjamin Moore, Shopify, SharkNinja and Dunkin' Brands. Prior to her industry stint, Sunitha has spent over 20 years in technology & strategy consulting, as Principal/Partner with Capgemini, empowering leading global retailers/manufacturers such as Walmart, The Gap, Kroger, A&P, Johnson Controls, Motorola, FedEx and Tesco.
Sunitha Ray holds a Masters in Engineering in Supply Chain Management & AI from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), an MBA from International Management Institute (IMI), a Masters in Software Engineering from National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT) and a Bachelors in Accounting from Stella Maris College, India. While she's not solving supply chain problems, she is active in Climate and Ocean Conservancy groups and is an avid Scuba Diver.
