Ari is Founder and General Partner of Mindful VC, an early-stage venture capital fund powered by Behavior Design. Mindful VC is based in Menlo Park, California and focuses on B2B Pre-Seed, Seed, and select Series A, investments across infrastructure, healthcare, and financial services.
Previously, Ari was Principal at Silicon Valley Data Capital (SVDC), an early-stage venture fund focused on transformative AI data companies. Ari joined SVDC from Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), where she was Group Product Manager of Innovation on the West Coast and Director of New Product Development for RBC Capital Markets (RBC CM). Prior to RBC, Ari was Interim COO at IdeaFlow, a next-generation collective intelligence platform, and an Analyst at Morgan Stanley in Wealth Management and Alternative Investments.
Ari is also Senior Advisor to the Stanford Behavior Design Lab, having formerly led research and continuing to focus on habit formation, behavior sequences, and consensual technology design to facilitate sustainable behavior change at scale.
Ari holds a Bachelor of Science in Symbolic Systems (SymSys) from Stanford University.
