With a deep-rooted passion for incubating, launching, and scaling products, Aiaz thrives on being the underdog and defying the odds. He brings a combination of business savvy and deep technology - across Product, Platform, and Go-to-market. He has a wealth of experience in developing cloud platforms, growing developer and partner ecosystems, and driving platform adoption.
Prior to this he was the Chief Platform Officer at Banco Santander, where he built the new cloud platform for their digital transformation and created new revenue products. Before Santander, Aiaz was at Google where he launched a low-code platform and built and scaled the developer/partner platform ecosystem for Google Cloud. Before his 3+ years at Google, he was at SAP for almost 10 years, where he launched, shaped and helped grow SAP HANA to $1B+ revenue in under 3 years. Before that he held management positions in product management, M&A, product development, product strategy and product marketing at TIBCO, BEA, webMethods and Advent Software.
