Aaratee Rao brings experience building and scaling global software development teams in a wide range of organizations from nimble startups, hyper-growth companies to large corporations (both in consumer and enterprise space).
Aaratee is the Managing Director of Payments Technology for Consumer and Community Banking at JPMorgan Chase.
Prior to JPMorgan Chase, she held several technology leadership roles at companies like Microsoft, Uber, Visa, Intuit and Walmart Labs. She has been recognized with multiple awards for her technical leadership and cultural impact including Silicon Valley’s top 40 under 40, Women in IT awards as “Advocate of the Year” and “Leadership Excellence Award” issued by the Tech Inclusion Council.
On a personal front, Aaratee lives with her husband and two energetic boys in San Francisco.
