Todd Thiel has served as a technology evangelist and digital leader in the manufacturing, software, and insurance industries over a 20+ year career. In his current role as CIO at SECURA Insurance, he is focused on empowering associates to deliver digital transformation and bring new value to their customers. Todd also displays a passion for developing the technology talent of the future, bringing high school talent into SECURA as part of an IT Youth Apprenticeship program and through service as a board member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley.
