Richard also leads the Freeman Digital Ventures fund which is a Corporate Venture fund focusing on event based tech startups. He has led multiple investments, partnerships, and acquisitions to increase the pace of innovation at Freeman and across the events industry.

Lastly, Richard leads the traditional Technology solutions necessary to effectively operate a $2B+ Global events company that continues to grow at a rapid pace. Adopting cloud, mobile, and data tools to improve internal efficiency and drive cost reductions through process automation. At the same time, connecting customers digital solutions with the necessary internal operational and financial systems.
