Rachel Zhang joined Jefferies in 2018 as Head of Fixed Income Front Office Technology, responsible for driving Jefferies Fixed Income tech strategy, execution and innovation globally.
Based in New York, Rachel brings more than 15 years of technology leadership and success in financial services. Prior to Jefferies, she led programs across the Capital Markets spectrum including trading automation, data intelligence, CRM, etc for various investment banks including RBC, Nomura Securities, Barclays Capital, and Lehman Brothers.
Rachel received Master of Computer Science degree from University of Chicago, and Bachelor's degree from Central University of Finance & Economics in China.
