Michelle Routh is the Chief Information Officer at CARE USA. In her role, Michelle leads the technology strategy and operations of enterprise systems.

Prior to CARE, Michelle was a technology executive with The Coca-Cola Company. As Chief Enterprise Architect, Michelle was responsible for implementing a commercially driven top-down architecture to drive measurable business results with a focus on speed, repeatability and cost across the global system. Michelle partnered with the Chief Digital Officer to create Coca-Cola’s digital strategy and framework to accelerate the ability to adopt new business models and create the foundation for core capabilities including decision science, eCommerce and cyber-security. As Chief Information Officer for Coca-Cola North America, she led the modernization of the marketing technology capability, enabling best in class consumer engagement in a digital marketing world. Michelle leveraged her digital expertise to drive key internal business transformation efforts. She moved several lines of business from legacy mainframe environments to a modern API and cloud based architecture which provided the needed business flexibility to meet evolving consumer, customer, and employee demands.  

Michelle previously worked as a technology and strategy consultant for  Bain & Company, Accenture, and North Highland. Her goal of creating a digital business is articulated during her many keynote speaking engagements at global conferences for industry leaders such as Amazon, Google, Salesforce, The Conference Board, Accenture, and Cap-Gemini. Michelle also serves as an advisor to Women who Code.

Michelle is a graduate of the State University of NY at Albany (SUNY) with a Bachelor of Science, Management Information Systems degree. While not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children.
