Kimberly is a cross-functional leader experienced in driving organizational change from shifting cultures to instilling new operating models. As Vice President, Global Brand Operations & Strategy for Clinique, a brand owned by the Estee Lauder Companies, she is responsible for operationalizing key strategic initiatives across Clinique, with a focus on aligning and integrating systems, process, and people across the organization. Prior to her current position, Kimberly held executive roles at Estee Lauder Companies and Mylan, where she defined and deployed strategy, stood-up new organizations and capabilities, and optimized processes by applying design-thinking principles. Kimberly has also held management roles at industry leaders, Amazon and Nike. In addition, she provided program management to deliver critical business outcomes, assessed processes to drive efficient and effective operations, and managed risk through compliance services for clients of Deloitte.
