Velia Carboni is the Chief Digital Officer of VF Corporation, one of the world's largest apparel, footwear and accessories companies. She leads the strategy and integration of world-class digital capabilities into all aspects of our business, functions and global brands, including Vans®, The North Face® and Timberland®, to provide consumers with innovative and exciting online shopping experiences.

Prior to joining VF, Carboni had a 24-plus year career at Fidelity Investments where she held a series of leadership roles with increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as Fidelity's Senior Vice President, Mobile and Emerging Platforms, where she spearheaded innovative mobile product development strategies that drove revenue growth, client satisfaction and brand awareness.

Carboni holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business/Finance from Northeastern University and an MBA in Marketing/Finance from Boston University
