James Brady is the Chief Information Officer for the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS), the second largest municipal health system in the nation with an integrated system of 19 health centers and four hospitals.  DHS annually cares for about 600,000 unique patients, employs over 26,000 staff, and has an annual operating budget of $4.3 billion.  James was previously the CIO at Kaiser Permanente Orange County, and the CTO and CISO at Hawaii Health Systems. 

James holds 7 security certifications, and a PhD from the Nova Southeastern University Graduate School of Computer and Information Sciences.
