Daniel Baranowski the Global Head of Business Intelligence at PayPal.  In this role he leads a team that works with executives across PayPal to identify and prioritize KPI’s, create performance management solutions, drive user adoption, and support deep deep-dive analytics.

Prior to joining PayPal in 2017, Daniel spent twelve years at Citigroup in the US, Asia and Latin America where he worked in Strategy, Analytics, and Customer Segment Management.  Specific roles included Head of Strategy for Asia Pacific, Head of Strategy for the International Consumer Bank, Head of Decision Analytics for Latin America, and Head of Customer Segments for Asia Pacific and Latin America.

Before joining Citigroup, Daniel spent four years as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in the US and in Brazil where he focused on the Financial Services and Technology industries.

Daniel holds a Bachelors degree from the Wharton School and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and currently resides in the Silicon Valley area with his wife and two boys.
