Mr Tilzer is a top performing online and technology executive with over 25 years of progressive general management, strategic business development and information technology experience. He has a proven track record in growing online businesses and leading digital transformation to deliver customer experience and business model innovation. Mr Tilzer also has a deep expertise in understanding, defining and delivering the technology necessary to provide a superior customer experience in a multichannel environment.

Mr Tilzer served as the first Chief Digital Officer for CVS Health and scaled an enterprise-wide digital program to over 50MM active users. CVS recognized for its digital growth and innovation including being named #6 on Fast Company Most Innovative Company list in 2017. He led Global eCommerce for Staples, at the time the world’s second largest e-tailer operating in 24 countries, and currently serves as a Director for or Signet, a publicly traded company and the largest Jewelry retailer in US, UK and Canada.

Mr Tilzer has operating experience leading end-to-end technology and digital organizations from strategy through operations to engineering, running eCommerce business and leading business development groups. He has deep expertise in all aspects of digital business and technology including strategy, user experience, product management, customer engagement and engineering, as well as new business development and technology strategy and implementation.
