Arthur is Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer at BNB Bank, located in Hauppauge NY. He has full accountability for overseeing the business intelligence, architecture, applications, infrastructure, cyber security and operations of the bank’s information and Communications technology division.

He brings more than 30 years of leadership and experience in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector from multiple industries including financial services, e-Commerce, online gaming and lottery, consumer products, telecommunications, and government.

Prior to joining BNB Bank, Arthur managed the Information Technology divisions & provided strategic consulting services for globally recognized brands including: The Community Preservation Corporation, Cable & Wireless Americas & Caribbean, Avon.com, 1800flowers.com, AnnTaylor.com, & Credit Suisse to name a few. He provided strategic technology advisory services to support the welfare and sports lottery centers in Beijing and Shanghai, China and was the ICT Advisor to the Government Of Jamaica Public Sector Transformation Unit.

He is President of the Jamaica Computer Society NY Chapter, a member of the Rutgers University Big Data Board, and a Board member of Calibra Solutions Ltd, a Trinidad based Solutions and Integration services company providing business intelligence & cyber security solutions and services throughout the Caribbean.

Mr. Phidd is a Lecturer at the Arthur Lok Jack, graduate school of business, UWI in Trinidad and has worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Graduate School of Computer Science and Information Systems at Pace University in New York City.

Arthur is married 30 years with 2 children who are both graduates of Princeton university.
