As Chief Technology Officer for Capital One’s Financial Services division, Arjun leads an organization of technologists who are reinventing the auto finance business by leveraging machine learning, artificial intelligence and next-generation data to develop breakthrough innovations and strategic products. The solutions they create propel Capital One’s Auto Finance business, India DataLabs and the Garage, Capital One’s innovation center, to deliver transformative customer experiences. Before joining Capital One, Arjun spent five years at Macy’s where he oversaw the implementation technology solutions across various areas, including e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain and call centers. Prior to that, Arjun held various leadership roles at Staples and Wipro Technologies.
Arjun holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Pune University in India and a master’s degree in management and operations from Harvard University. He is also the co-founder of Dream a Dream, a non-profit organization that empowers young people from vulnerable background to overcome adversity through creative life skills.
