Mr. Sandeep Dadlani has been Chief Digital Officer of Mars, Incorporated since September 1, 2017. Mr. Dadlani is responsible for working with Mars' global business segments to drive its digital transformation agenda, while delivering effectiveness and efficiency to our existing technology platforms. He has the power of design thinking, new data analytics capability and automation to accelerate digitization at Mars. His leadership, technology and business expertise is critical to continue to drive digital forward at Mars. He served as the President of Infosys Limited from October 13, 2016 to July 15, 2017. Mr. Dadlani served as Head of Americas and Global Head of Manufacturing, Retail, CPG and Logistics at Infosys Limited until July 15, 2017. He ran a portfolio P&L of approximately $2.5 billion globally, helping over 300 clients across the world to embrace digital technologies. Mr. Dadlani oversaw the Americas business for Infosys. His other responsibilities included managing the entire partner ecosystem of Infosys. He was actively involved in helping Retail, CPG and Logistics clients become more competitive by embracing new emerging trends across digital consumers and emerging markets. He has over 18 years of experience in operations, consulting, business development and product management. He has expertise in managing large retail, CPG and logistics industry relationships, as well as deep experience in innovative technologies including AI, automation, data and digital services. He served as an Executive Vice-President, Head of Retail, CPG & Logistics at Infosys Ltd. until April 14, 2016 and also served as its Head of Automotive, Aerospace, Core and Industrial Manufacturing until April 14, 2016. He joined Infosys in 2001 and specifically the retail industry vertical in 2003 when it was US$ 70 million and has helped it grow and led it ever since. He has been Chairman of Edgeverve Ltd since October 20, 2016. He has been a Director of Symphony EYC Solution UK Limited since 2016 and Trustee of Infosys Foundation USA at Infosys Limited since October 20, 2016. He serves on the Board of Hands-On-Atlanta, an innovative volunteer-based charity in Atlanta that focuses on education and helping the poor. He serves on the Advisory Boards of Georgia-Tech and Kennesaw State University, Georgia. Additionally, he has been on the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Ethics and Values and has participated in WEF Davos 2015. He is a regular speaker at industry forums such as Consumer Goods Technology, National Retail Federation, Client and Partner Innovation forums and at Infosys Investor / Analyst / Customer conferences. He has authored several white papers in the areas of innovation, business transformation and shared services. He has been featured for consecutive years on the UN Global Compact Supply Chain Sustainability Advisory Board and co-authored their report on supply chain sustainability. He is often quoted in publications like Forbes, Business Week, Consumer Goods Technology and Stores. He holds B.E in Electronics Engineering from M.S University, Baroda, India and has an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University in India.
