Kristie Grinnell is the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at TD SYNNEX, responsible for driving strategic IT initiatives, advancing data-driven digital transformation, and embedding AI into the company's core operations.
Before joining TD SYNNEX, Kristie served as CIO at DXC Technology, where she led a global IT organization of over 1,500 employees through a digital transformation, overseeing AI, data governance, and cybersecurity initiatives. Previously, she was Global CIO and Chief Supply Chain Officer at General Dynamics Information Technology, managing IT, cybersecurity, supply chain services, and business integration. She also held leadership roles at PwC, focusing on global IT strategy and planning.
An award-winning CIO, Kristie is passionate about advocating for women in STEM fields and actively supports organizations like Girls Who Code, STEMforHER, and Uniting Women in Cyber (Cyber Guild). Her leadership emphasizes inclusion, cultural impact on performance, and the role of diversity in driving innovation.
Kristie holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Cornell University.
