Ryan Fuller is the Founder and CEO of Round, a platform committed to helping tech executives cultivate values-based networks and empower leaders to maximized their positive influence on tech and society. As an engineer by background with experience in building and scaling companies and leading at Global 100 companies, Ryan's career is centered at the intersection of technology, productivity, and human values.

Before founding Round, Ryan was the Corporate Vice President of Workplace Intelligence at Microsoft, where he worked on improving organizational productivity and employee experience via behavioral analytics. This initiative was an extension of his work as Founder and CEO of VoloMetrix, an innovative people analytics company that Microsoft acquired in 2015.

Previously, Ryan spent his career across early stage tech startups and as part of the strategy practice at Bain & Company. He earned his BS in Computer Systems Engineering from Boston University and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. Ryan now lives outside Seattle, Washington with his wife and their two children.
