Stephanie is Vice President – Enterprise Technology for The Wendy’s Company. Stephanie’s responsibilities include partnering with corporate business functions to deliver enterprise technology solutions that align to Wendy’s strategic goals. Currently, Stephanie is leading a multi-year ERP and HCM transformation to the Cloud. While Stephanie is known for her unique style of “disciplined execution” of projects, she excels in supporting people and processes to ensure productive solutions are delivered, not just technology.

Prior to joining Wendy’s in 2011, Stephanie worked for EiS Technologies, Inc. for five years as a Practice Director where she built a Managed Services Oracle consulting practice. Prior to EiS, Stephanie spent five years working for Oracle in their consulting practice – providing leadership to various clients in the areas of process reengineering, systems implementation, organizational design and change management. Stephanie also spent two years providing Oracle consulting services for Mastech Digital.

A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion and community engagement, Stephanie personally helped initiate two Employee Resource Groups at Wendy’s: Wendy’s Cultural Diversity Network and Wendy’s Black Employee Resource Group where she serves as an Advisor. Stephanie was named the Wendy’s 2018 Community Ambassador of the Year for her work with Alvis, a non-profit human services agency providing comprehensive re-entry and family support services, where she serves on the Board of Trustees. At Alvis, Stephanie is the Chair of the IT Subcommittee and previous Co-chair of Evening of Light, an annual fundraising gala supporting the Alvis Family and Children's Program. Stephanie is a member of the Board of Governors at her alma mater, West Liberty University. Stephanie is also a member of the Senior African American Leaders in Technology’s (SAALT) Executive Advisory Council.

In 2019, Stephanie was recognized as a ComSpark Central Ohio Tech Power Player. In 2020, Stephanie was recognized as one of the National Diversity Council’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology. In 2021, Stephanie was recognized as one of the National Diversity Council’s Top 100 Women in Technology.

A native of West Virginia, Stephanie holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from West Liberty University and a M.S. in Labor Relations from West Virginia University.

Stephanie resides in Columbus, OH with her husband Joel and their two sons.
