Ben is the global Chief Digital Officer for MillerKnoll (NASDAQ: MLKN) and its 18 brands. He oversees E-commerce, Data & Analytics, UX, Engineering, and Digital Products. Reporting to the CEO, Ben is a member of MillerKnoll’s Leadership Team.

Prior to MillerKnoll, Ben was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he advised some of the world’s leading organizations on strategy and transformation, with a focus on the intersection between consumer products and technology. Ben co-led the design and development of BCG’s New York Office, described as “the office of the future” by Fortune.

Ben also has a strong interest in social impact and has previously worked with or advised the World Food Program (where he helped design its Innovation Accelerator, named one of the world’s most innovative companies by Fast Company), the World Health Organization, the United Nations Environment Programme, the United Nations Global Compact, and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. He has also previously addressed the United Nations General Assembly.
