Scott Piccolo is a strategic and results-driven leader with over twenty five years of professional services experience integrating technology and business operations that enable modernization of technologies and revenue growth across multiple industries. Prior to co-founding Sphere Business Consulting, he held senior management positions at both Arthur Andersen and BearingPoint, Inc. specializing in the design and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning solutions.
Scott has a proven track record working with leadership to formulate IT strategies consistent with the organizations’ overall business strategies, leading to the transformation of end-to-end financial, operational, and reporting processes. He is adept at building relationships at every level including C-level executives, Board of Directors, and executive committees, and successful in driving the full project lifecycle from concept, design, development, testing, training and change management to delivery. Scott is resourceful and diligent in uncovering opportunities to improve process efficiencies, and effective in client relations, mentoring and training, and communicating technical ideas to non-technical teams.
