Mojgan Lefebvre is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology & Operations Officer for Travelers, a company with $32 billion in revenues in 2020 and the only property casualty insurer on the Dow Jones Industrial Average. Lefebvre joined Travelers in 2018 and leads the combined technology, data and analytics, cybersecurity and insurance operations functions. Her team’s leading-edge work has been honored with prestigious industry recognitions such as the CIO 100 Awards in 2020 and 2021, and the Gartner’sEye on Innovation Awards in 2019 and 2020. As a prominent advocate of women, Lefebvre founded EmpowHER+, an internal professional business group committed to inspiring women to achieve their career goals with the support of allies. She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her undergraduate degree in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
