Rhonda Crawford is Vice President – Global Distribution & Digital Strategy for Delta Air Lines. In this role Rhonda is responsible for leading the development of Delta’s direct channels to include web, mobile, kiosk and AXIS. She is also responsible for third-party distribution channels and relationships, including OTAs (Expedia, Priceline), GDSs (Sabre, Travelport and Amadeus) and metasearch engines (e.g., Kayak and Google Flight Search).

Rhonda has more than 25 years of corporate experience with eCommerce, digital strategy and operations, social media and corporate communications, as well as brand and reputation management and integrated marketing.

Before joining Delta in 2014, she began her career in financial services at USAA where she held numerous roles over the course of her tenure, leading employee, member and public communications, and, more recently, Digital Strategy & Operations. She built USAA’s industry-leading social media strategy and growing presence on the web and was responsible for launching its digital and social marketing functions.

Rhonda holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Trinity University and a master’s in Communications Management from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Business and Newhouse School of Communication. She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, the Golden Key International Honour Society and is also an Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) with the International Association of Business Communicators.
