Paul Zaher is the Vice President, eCommerce at WestRock which partners with companies across the globe to design and develop innovative packaging and machinery solutions. Paul leads the company’s Digital Customer Experience initiative and is responsible for delivering new digital solutions for customers and changing the ways that WestRock engages with its customers.
Paul is a transformative leader with experience driving organizational change and leveraging data and technology to solve business problems, drive incremental revenue and streamline operations. He has successfully built, developed and led teams through all phases of large-scale complex projects across multiple verticals including manufacturing, logistics and B2B and B2C retail.
Prior to joining WestRock, Paul held leadership roles at Dunkin’ Brands and Limited Brands. As Vice President, Marketing Systems and Enterprise BI at Dunkin’ Brands Paul was responsible for mobile apps, websites, loyalty programs and business reporting for Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. Through various IT and Marketing Leadership roles at Limited Brands Paul was responsible for customer focused and eCommerce solutions for multiple brands including Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works and Express.
