As the Digital User Experience Vice President and member of the North America Digital Integration Leadership team, Nikki leads a cross functional team to unleash the power of customer, consumer and employee engagement to support the Company’s path to become a digital leader while increasing revenue and profitability. Customer and Employee experience is central to the Company’s culture to drive digital customer acquisition, retention and growth. This role was created to manage Customer, Consumer and Employee experience together to create an engaging and sustainable competitive advantage.

In this role, Nikki aligns a diverse portfolio of work to integrate the employee and customer experience to drive the Company to become a leader in eCommerce for Business to Business (B2B) and Direct to Consumer (D2C) beverage sales and equipment service. Building on a previous role as Vice President Customer Engagement Platforms, Nikki oversees the digital businesses and platforms that support ecommerce beverage sales and equipment service leading to $1B in revenue.
