Tsvi joined Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in April 2020 as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Enterprise Technology Services. Tsvi oversees the technical vision and delivery and supports the hospital clinical, administrative and research with modern high-performance computing and AI, move to the cloud, enacting Agile and DevOps and other initiatives.

A recipient of the Einstein Award for Technology and Science from the President of Israel for pioneering on-line banking and trading, Tsvi’s career spans over three decades.

Tsvi joined MSK from Morgan Stanley where he served as Chief Technology Office where he led the creation and implementation of Morgan Stanley’s multi-year strategy and target state architecture and the evolution of the bank into a modern, efficient and effective organization.

Prior to Morgan Stanley Tsvi’s served in various CIO and CTO in several banks including Merrill Lynch/Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, ABN AMRO and Wells Fargo as well as in non-banks including Exigen Capital (a private equity firm) where he was a General Partner, AT&T where he was President of ATT.COM and Time Warner Music where, as CIO, he led the launch of the digital transformation towards on-line music.

Tsvi was a US representative to the G7, an advisor to the president of Rutgers University and is a 20-year mentor at Columbia University. He was also board member in Israel Discount Bank and several companies where he was assisting in setting the strategy and execution that led to IPOs and MAs. In addition to GIVE, Tsvi is currently a board member of WIZZ Financial and Quant.AI as well an advisor to ThetaRay (a cognitive AI ant-fraud).
