Laura manages the AR program at Five9, which has been recognized as a leader in the CCaaS industry. When she joined Five9, she launched CX Nation, an influencer community dedicated to uniting diverse thought leaders shaping the future of cloud contact centers and customer experience. Prior to Five9, she led the global analyst and influencer program at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Laura holds a B.S. in Journalism from Texas A&M University.
