When America's oldest retailer was looking for an in-store software solution for alterations management, clienteling, and made-to-measure orders, standard software did not make the cut. Brooks Brothers selected Zudy Vinyl platform to build a custom Store Excellence solution. The results are higher store associate productivity, elimination of paper-based processes and overall higher customer satisfaction. As a result, Zudy’s platform has become the de facto platform for all store processes, apart from the Point of Sale (POS) solution. With the decision, Brooks Brothers has departed from the outdated, conventional best practice that standard software and waterfall implementation create the right approach. In fact, software built in-house, on the right platform, is clearly superior.
