Meta is shuttering its Workplace enterprise platform with a June 1, 2026, sunset and the move could be a boon for Zoom's Workvivo, which was acquired a little more than a year ago.
Workvivo is the sole migration partner for Meta Workplace, which had as many as 7 million subscribers in 2021. The news, delivered in ServiceNow's Knowledge 2024, is part of ServiceNow's effort to partner with a wide range of enterprise software players including Microsoft and SAP. ServiceNow and Microsoft said their updated strategic alliance will bring the companies' generative AI assistants into one experience.
According to ServiceNow and Microsoft, the generative AI integration will be available in the Fall.
