Elaine Turner®, a mid-sized women’s fashion and accessories retailer, looked to improve the customer experience it offered in stores, online and on mobile devices. The company wanted a new technology platform that would enable it to more efficiently offer personalized customer experiences while maintaining the brand’s unique identity and allowing the company to grow. The retailer embarked on adopting cloud services from Oracle for commerce, marketing and services.
