HCM Transformation Prepares INTRUST Bank for “True” Analytics 

INTRUST Bank is the largest privately held financial institution in Kansas. In 2008, INTRUST decided to consolidate its five separate HR systems and twenty-nine databases on to Ultimate UltiPro, a single analytics-based HCM system, so it could better manage its processes, improve performance of basic HR functions, and streamline reporting. The successful implementation of UltiPro created institutional buy-in for other analytics-driven systems. 

This case study documents the benefits experienced by INTRUST Bank after it implemented Ultimate UltiPro, an analytics-driven Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
