Constellation’s 2022 CxO Business Confidence Survey assesses C-suite executives in today’s business and technology climate as well as their financial outlook for 2023. The survey asked respondents to identify top business issues impacting their enterprises, weigh in on their state of investment in digital technologies, and confirm which service and software vendors are top of mind in the industry.
Today’s business climate consists of a confluence of crises related to uncontrollable inflation, rising interest rates, global invasion and instability, uncertain inventory and supply-side inefficiencies, and fear of infection. CxOs echoed this reality by reporting increased challenges in the areas of operational efficiencies and labor shortages.
Despite these headwinds, one thing remains certain: Enterprise decision-makers are confident that increasing investment in technology and automation despite economic uncertainty will help them overcome business obstacles, stimulate growth and revenue, and lead to market wins in 2023.
Seventy-eight senior-level budget decision-makers completed Constellation’s CxO Business Confidence Survey in the third and fourth quarters of 2022. Constellation collected responses from the CxO subscriber base on its website and via its social media following.
