What is the BT150 Program?

The Business Transformation 150™ (BT150) is a non-commercial, invitation-only recognition program honoring the world’s most transformative executives—including CIOs, CMOs, CDOs, and other digital leaders—who are reshaping business through innovative strategies and human-centered leadership. There are no fees to participate or be inducted.

How Are Executives Selected?

Nominations are received from alumni, peers, technology vendors, analysts, and industry influencers. Constellation conducts a thorough evaluation, including:

• Reference checks on project outcomes
• Leadership and peer reputation

Upholding standards such as our “No A-hole policy”

Can I Submit a Nomination?

Yes — nominations are welcome, but they must include accurate contact details for the executive. Incomplete submissions without executive contact information will be disqualified.

Who Can Be Inducted?

Senior executives leading impactful digital transformation efforts across various sectors (e.g., entertainment, healthcare, finance, public sector, retail) are eligible. 

Note: Executives cannot be listed twice in consecutive years.

What’s the Selection Timeline?

• Nominations collected early in the year
• Vetting and evaluation follow over several months
• Inductees are announced mid-year and celebrated at Connected Enterprise (CCE) in the fall

What Are the Benefits of Being a BT150 Inductee?

Inductees receive an exclusive suite of perks, including:

• VIP registration, lodging, and experiences at CCE
• Membership in the Constellation Executive Network
• A one-on-one strategy session with R “Ray” Wang (CEO)
• Access to research reports, podcasts (DisrupTV, CRTV), and insights interviews
• Invitations to CXO roundtables, BT150 LinkedIn community, newsletters, and VIP events

Can I Promote My Recognition?

Absolutely! Finalists and inductees receive promotional assets, including:

• Press release templates
• Social media graphics and sample posts
• BT150 badges for email signatures or websites

Are there fees associated with the BT150?

No, there are no fees.

Does it cost a fee for executives to attend CCE? 

Nope! We cover your registration, up to 3 nights at the Ritz Carlton, and all meals and entertainment on site. You will be responsible for your travel to and from the venue. 

Please email our marketing team if you did not receive your special registration link.

Are executives required to attend CCE to be a part of the recognition? 

Nope! But we strongly encourage attendance for the unique networking opportunities and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Are new BT150 members recognized at CCE? 

Yes! New members will be publicly recognized for their accomplishments and will receive an award on stage as part of the program.
