Conga said it will acquire the B2B business of PROS Holdings, which is being acquired by Thoma Bravo. Congo is also a Thoma Bravo portfolio company.

Thoma Bravo said last month it will buy PROS for $1.4 billion.

The move for Conga to acquire PROS B2B business resolves one of the big questions of the deal. Thoma Bravo owns Conga and PROS and the two companies compete in certain areas. Terms of the PROS B2B deal weren't disclosed.

When Thoma Bravo closes the PROS deal the B2B business will move to Conga. The acquisitions should be complete in the first quarter of 2026. With the combination of PROS B2B and Conga, the plan is to offer a complete suite for revenue management and configure, price, quote (CPQ) as well as contract lifecycle management.

Conga CEO Dave Osborne said the addition of PROS B2B will mean enterprise won't have to "stitch together multiple point solutions across their revenue lifecycle." Osborne will remain as CEO of Conga after the deal closes.

The combined company plans to use AI to automate pricing, quoting and contracting to optimize revenue processes, drive insights and execute post quote.
