This report provides an overview of Salesforce’s enterprise application platform (EAP) capabilities, which enable Salesforce customers to extend and integrate Salesforce applications as well as build their own automation capabilities. Salesforce is also a contender in the platform-as-a-service (PaaS) market, but those capabilities are not considered in this Constellation Offering Overview, which looks exclusively at the application Integrate, Extend, and Build capabilities.
