Certinia acquires Moonnox
Certinia said it will acquire Moonnox, which features a platform built for systems integrators and services firms. With the move, Certinia said it will accelerate its expansion into AI-native services delivery and integrate its Veda AI agents.
Terms of the deal weren't disclosed. Certinia will integrate its recently launched Veda suite of AI agents. Certinia provides a professional services automation platform.

Moonnox's platform is designed to accelerate service delivery and codify methodologies to deliver AI-native services. The software is built for integrators and consulting firms of all sizes. Moonnox's platform can also be used for internal IT and delivery teams, centers of excellence and transformation offices.
The plan is to provide Veda, Certinia's system of action, within Moonnox's project management platform. Certinia said the goal is to combine its system of record with unstructured daily interactions.
Certinia said a set of agents are available to accelerate services delivery focused on the following:
- Sales, handoff and alignment to take deal wins and turn them into statements of work and kickoffs and execution.
- Scoping and planning to turn customer requirements into actionable blueprints.
- Operations and delivery to keep projects on track.
- Margin protection and risk management.
- Value capture and knowledge transfer to create knowledge bases for future scaling.
