The news, a headliner on day two of Knowledge 2026, touches on a recurring AI agent integration theme from ServiceNow.

ServiceNow is looking to be a governance platform for AI agents across multiple platforms. ServiceNow in recent weeks announced expanded integrations with Google Cloud, Microsoft and AWS. The company also announced the ability to go headless so its platform can expand to agentic interfaces created elsewhere with Anthropic as a co-design customer.

Key parts of the ServiceNow and AWS expanded partnership includes:

  • Multiple agents ranging from ServiceNow AI specialists to various AWS agents can be integrated in one architecture.
  • ServiceNow will bring its ServiceNow SDK with Build Agent skills natively into AWS' Kiro platform. Developers will be able to build and deploy ServiceNow applications and agents directly from the AWS IDE.
  • Developers using AWS can scaffold applications, configure workflows and create AI agetns via prompt engineering.

ServiceNow said AI Control Tower with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore is available in AWS Marketplace. ServiceNow AI specialist integrations with AWS AI agents will be available later this year. AI specialist workflow for telecommunications is available. ServiceNow SDK for Kiro is available now.
