Prior to his venture capital endeavors, he co-founded EchoSign, the web’s most popular electronic signature service, which was acquired by Adobe Systems Inc. He then served as Vice President, Web Services at Adobe, overseeing the growth of EchoSign and Adobe Document Services to over $100 million in ARR.

Dheeraj Pandey – CEO & Co-Founder of DevRev

Dheeraj Pandey is a veteran entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in software technology. He is the CEO & Co-Founder of DevRev, a fully-remote tech company with a platform that converges the silos of sales, marketing, support, and engineering to “Act as One”. Before launching DevRev, Dheeraj was the founder, CEO, and chairman of Nutanix, a software company focused on hybrid cloud infrastructure, which had the most valuable IPO in 2016. Previously, he was VP of Engineering at Aster Data (now Teradata), where he helped build the product and its engineering team from the ground up, and was a senior software developer at Oracle.

Paulo Savaget – Author of The Four Workarounds

Paulo Savaget is an associate professor at Oxford University’s Engineering Sciences Department and the Saïd Business School. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge as a Gates Scholar and has a background working as a lecturer, consultant, entrepreneur, and researcher finding innovative solutions for a more inclusive world. As a consultant, he worked on projects for large companies, non-profits, government agencies in Latin America, and the OECD. He is the author of The Four Workarounds, a book that explores how organizations can overcome resource constraints to achieve impactful outcomes.
