ServiceNow acquires Pyramid Analytics
ServiceNow said it will acquire Pyramid Analytics, a company that features an analytics, data science and data preparation platform.
According to ServiceNow, Pyramid Analytics will be used to integrate insights directly into workflows with natural language conversations.
The purchase of Pyramid Analytics is a small tuck-in deal following larger acquisitions from ServiceNow of late.

Pyramid Analytics will also fit in with ServiceNow's Workflow Data Fabric. In a blog post, ServiceNow said Pyramid Analytics will add a semantic layer that will infuse business intelligence throughout its Knowledge Graph.
ServiceNow added that Pyramid Analytics will enable it to do the following:
- Provide analytics and insights to AI agents across the ServiceNow platform.
- Layer analytics, metrics and dashboards horizontally across multiple use cases.
- Enhance self-service analytics capabilities.
- Connect data across multiple data repositories.
ServiceNow said it will continue to invest in ServiceNow Platform Analytics.
