Monday launches AI agent marketplace
Monday.com's agent lab launched Agentalent.ai, a marketplace where customers can hire AI agents for business roles.
The move, which lands shortly after Monday laid out a welcome mat for AI agents, is notable because it's likely to be the first of several similar efforts. It's possible that enterprises will be able to hire AI agents for tasks on a temporary basis.
In addition, Agentalent.ai is focused on defined business roles. ServiceNow recently launched an offering where AI experts take on business roles and processes end to end.
Monday said that Agentalent.ai was built with AWS and Anthropic. Agentalent.ai will enable enterprises to hire, post roles, review qualified agents and select AI agents based on fit and business requirements.
Roy Mann, co-founder and co-CEO of Monday, said the marketplace is aimed at surfacing AI agents and onboarding them as they "become increasingly capable of operational work."
Pricing appears to range from $2,000 a month and up. At launch, Agentalent.ai needs to fill out job roles by category, budget and employment terms beyond its roster of 17 available agents. The broader takeaway is that you should file Agentalent.ai away and monitor. It's likely to be the first of many similar efforts and quite possible that enterprise software vendors will start to resemble AI employment agencies.
