Ken Dickinson, Vice President of Software Engineering at Jewelers Mutual® Group, leads enterprise AI strategy and helps advance the company’s modern technology capabilities. In this role, he focuses on transforming AI from isolated experimentation into governed, production-ready capabilities that support engineering, operations and workflows across the organization.
Dickinson built Jewelers Mutual’s enterprise AI function from the ground up, scaling adoption across 11 business units while helping establish responsible AI governance, executive alignment and practical paths from pilot to production. His work includes deploying production agentic systems, enabling business and developer teams, and aligning AI strategy with risk, governance and measurable business value.
Prior to Jewelers Mutual, Dickinson held technology leadership roles across SaaS, healthtech, insurance and other regulated environments. Throughout his career, he has operated at the intersection of plat
form, product and organizational transformation, building and scaling engineering organizations, modernizing cloud-native platforms and delivering business outcomes through technology-driven change.
Dickinson’s leadership approach is pragmatic and execution-focused. He emphasizes strong governance, clear operating models and accountable innovation, helping organizations move quickly while maintaining control, reliability and alignment with business goals. He regularly engages with executive leadership and boards on AI strategy, translating technical capability into business impact, risk considerations and investment decisions.
