Felipe Castillo

Felipe Castillo is the Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer for U.S. Information Solutions at Equifax. A strategic product leader with over 17 years of experience, Felipe played a key role in completing the core of our USIS Cloud transformation and is currently driving the evolution of Equifax’s product ecosystem from cloud transformation to cloud innovation. Leveraging the benefits of this transformation and a customer-centric culture, Felipe led the journey to quadruple NPI revenue and more than double the number of product launches from 2022 to 2025.

Felipe combines a deep technical background with executive vision. Beginning his career as a software engineer and solutions architect in Latin America, he relocated to the U.S. in 2012, where he has since delivered cutting-edge solutions across Credit Risk, Marketing, and Identity & Fraud. Today, he focuses on leveraging Generative AI and advanced cloud capabilities to define the New EFX experience for our customers.
