With 20 years of experience, Doug specializes in modernizing complex legacy environments and building agile, high-performance technology capabilities that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.

At CURE, he is helping redefine insurance operations through the practical application of artificial intelligence. His work includes implementing AI-enabled document intake and extraction, multilingual policy-servicing support, and intelligent workflows across claims and underwriting.Doug also holds an MS in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology.
