I find what’s broken or missing and build it to outlast me.

That’s not a philosophy I arrived at in a boardroom. It’s the pattern I noticed looking back: a police department whose operational playbook still produces results a decade later, a data and analytics bureau that restructured how a federal agency operates, a Salesforce practice that agencies direct partners toward by name, artificial intelligence to meet the mission, and a talent pipeline that keeps running without me pushing it.

Today I lead a P&L enterprise with 260+ professionals across 15 programs spanning cybersecurity, software engineering, electronic warfare, foreign military sales, classified mission systems, and civilian agency delivery. I’ve grown the portfolio 29% YoY, built an active pipeline, and contributed to an acquisition that formed a new revenue division. I built a proprietary AI-driven BD evaluation system that runs on live pipeline decisions, because the tools I needed didn’t exist so I built them.

Before defense contracting I was a CIO… twice. I’ve maintained senior government relationships across defense and civilian agencies for two decades. And I’ve operated at the policy level through the National Police Foundation and federal agency advisory work. That dual perspective: knowing what customers need versus what companies think they need, shapes how I lead, how I win, and how I build.

I operate best where the stakes are real and the work requires both strategic clarity and operational follow-through, whether that’s building a growth engine in an underpenetrated market, stabilizing a complex portfolio under pressure, or transforming how an institution operates at its foundation.

I advise the Advanced AI Society which works on proof-of-control certification standards, helping bridge verifiable AI technology for enterprises.
