Andee Scarantino is the co-founder of The Great Repurpose, an offboarding company that helps organizations support departing employees through career transition. Its programs guide people who have been laid off to decouple their identity from their work and use AI to relaunch themselves — amplifying each person's distinct creativity and capability as they re-enter the world of work.

She also serves as Director of Operations for the AI Salon, a community of 4,100 professionals exploring the practical and human dimensions of generative AI, where she leads community strategy, programming, communications, and operations.
