Ajoy Menon

Ajoy Menon is the Digital Core Reinvention Partner Lead and a member of the Global Management Committee at Accenture.

His team works with CIOs, CTO and Chief Data Officers, shaping and executing the digital foundations of enterprise spanning technology strategy and architecture, data and AI, modernizing and managing applications and infrastructure.

Throughout his career, Ajoy has worked closely with CIOs and technology leaders to help them rethink technology foundations, build digital resiliency and future state operating models. He has supported large‑scale transformations for global banks, insurers, consumer goods companies, retailer with a focus on cloud adoption and modern, data‑driven ways of working.

Prior to his current role, Ajoy was Global Lead for Application Managed Services, where he led Accenture’s global application management portfolio and worked with clients to modernize and operate applications through automation, cloud and continuous improvement at scale. Earlier at Accenture, Ajoy was Cloud First Lead for the Advanced Technology Center, where he led a team of more than 85,000 technology professionals. His organization delivered more than 3,000 projects annually, providing deep expertise across data, cloud, and software engineering for clients around the world.

Ajoy is a recognized thought leader and keynote speaker, sharing practical insights on bridging the gap between tech innovation and measurable business outcomes. He is based in New York City.
